„Officially“, the listed predecessor company SendR SE was listed at 30th March 2016. Via a reverse merge, Clean Logistics was incorporated into the former SendR and changed its name to Clean Logistics SE. In August 2021, the former SendR SE become to the now known Clean Logistics SE. With its present business, Clean Logistics SE is listed since August 2021. Any stock-quotes before this date do not represent the business of Clean Logistics SE.

Clean Logistics´ fiscal year ends on December 31.
