vice chairman of the board
Dirk Graszt

Zero-emission trucks for a green future

Dirk Graszt, CEO of Clean Logistics SE, is both a visionary and a doer: His publicly listed company is dedicated to a green future through hydrogen-electric zero-emission trucks.

Now 58, the Lübeck native has more than three decades of professional experience in management positions at a wide variety of logistics and transportation companies. He is familiar with the concerns of the industry. In particular, topics such as operational logistics management, process organization and logistics strategies have always played an important role in his professional career. And although, as a graduate economist, he is not a technician, as he himself often emphasizes, as CEO of Clean Logistics he is above all also a driver of technology and innovation.

His expertise, coupled with his determination to make a lasting difference in the logistics industry, make him and his company pioneers in the field of sustainable and green logistics.

Philip Moffat

Investor in a zero-emission future

Philip Moffat, a member of the Board of Directors of Clean Logistics SE, is a serial investor in cleantech. Since 2004 he has been investing in topics such as solar, biogas and combined heat and power and vertical farming.

The capital market expert looks back on 25 years of experience in financing. Many of these investments are now listed on the stock exchange and have become market leaders in their industries. As a studied art historian and business economist (BA), who also worked for US private equity companies for many years, Philip Moffat supports his colleagues with his capital market expertise as well as in M&A projects.

Being part of the board of directors at Clean Logistics is a matter of the heart for him. He sees the idea of completely redefining the transportation environment with revolutionary technologies both as a great opportunity to move heavy haulage into a CO2-free future and as a challenge for the industry in terms of the necessary investments.
