chairman of the administrative board
Dirk Lehmann

For a future worth living

Dirk Lehmann, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Clean Logistics, has a clear goal in mind: to preserve the world for future generations and make it worth living in. His ideas are as infinite as the universe. With his motto "Anything goes if you want it to", he is always there when it comes to developing new technologies, creating ideas and generating success with management skills.

Together with his family, the naval architect, as owner of Höpen GmbH, holds stakes in various well-known companies that are primarily involved in alternative energy generation and mobility. One of the companies is Clean Logistics SE. In doing so, Dirk Lehmann never loses sight of his personal focus: advancing and living clean energy. His fundamental vision of a cleaner and healthier environment pays particular dividends in the area of sustainable mobility - and in all elements. Whether in the air, on the water or on the road - alternative drives for quiet, green transportation have long been his companions.

vice chairman of the board
Dirk Graszt

Zero-emission trucks for a green future

Dirk Graszt, CEO of Clean Logistics SE, is both a visionary and a doer: His publicly listed company is dedicated to a green future through hydrogen-electric zero-emission trucks.

Now 58, the Lübeck native has more than three decades of professional experience in management positions at a wide variety of logistics and transportation companies. He is familiar with the concerns of the industry. In particular, topics such as operational logistics management, process organization and logistics strategies have always played an important role in his professional career. And although, as a graduate economist, he is not a technician, as he himself often emphasizes, as CEO of Clean Logistics he is above all also a driver of technology and innovation.

His expertise, coupled with his determination to make a lasting difference in the logistics industry, make him and his company pioneers in the field of sustainable and green logistics.

Philip Moffat

Investor in a zero-emission future

Philip Moffat, a member of the Board of Directors of Clean Logistics SE, is a serial investor in cleantech. Since 2004 he has been investing in topics such as solar, biogas and combined heat and power and vertical farming.

The capital market expert looks back on 25 years of experience in financing. Many of these investments are now listed on the stock exchange and have become market leaders in their industries. As a studied art historian and business economist (BA), who also worked for US private equity companies for many years, Philip Moffat supports his colleagues with his capital market expertise as well as in M&A projects.

Being part of the board of directors at Clean Logistics is a matter of the heart for him. He sees the idea of completely redefining the transportation environment with revolutionary technologies both as a great opportunity to move heavy haulage into a CO2-free future and as a challenge for the industry in terms of the necessary investments.

Jürgen Akkermann

Enabler of a sustainable world

As a business graduate, Jürgen Akkermann has more than 25 years of management experience. Due to his many years as managing director of numerous companies, some of them his own, as well as his work as an independent management consultant, the East Frisian-born Jürgen Akkermann has extensive know-how in the areas of corporate management, corporate finance and corporate restructuring.

Prior to his self-employment, Jürgen Akkermann acquired and structured commercial real estate financing for major clients in the triple-digit million range for Deutsche Bank AG/EUROHYPO AG.
As an independent management consultant, he is primarily involved in complex management tasks, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and liquidations.

As a managing director of his own and third-party companies, his activities focus on the real estate industry, industrialized agricultural production, investment management and any management situation.
In all his diverse activities, Jürgen Akkermann is concerned with the issue of sustainability, both out of conviction and increasingly for economic reasons. With this motivation, he has already initiated and implemented projects to reduce CO2 emissions in various industries.

He is all the more excited about the opportunity to do his part as CFO of Clean Logistics SE to help pioneering hydrogen technology achieve a breakthrough in the field of mobility.
