Prevent human rights impacts caused by or associated with our business activities and services and address negative impacts as they occur. Instead, we strive to work together in a respectful manner that is shaped by our corporate values.
As an advocate of the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and in accordance with the principles of the German Sustainability Code (DNK), we respect and support its principles, including those on human rights and working conditions. Clean Logistics SE supports the Guiding Principles "Protect, Respect and Remedy," including the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council.
For Clean Logistics, corporate responsibility means respecting human rights and complying with the International Bill of Human Rights and the fundamental rights set forth in the International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. The relevant ILO principles and rights related to labor, which are also supported by our Core Values and enshrined in our Business Principles, are as follows:
- Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining,
- Elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labor,
- Sustained abolition of child labor; and
- Elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
