Hamburg, December 9, 2021: Clean Logistics SE (formerly operating as SendR SE, ISIN DE000A1YDAZ7) is strengthening its management with renowned experts from the field of vehicle technology as part of its significant corporate growth. From January 2022, a total of three new Chief Officers (Operations, Technology and Business Development) will support the current management team led by CEO Dirk Graszt in the further expansion of Clean Logistics' business activities.
As Chief Operations Officer (COO), Tom George will lead the operational business of Clean Logistics SE from January 01, 2022. In addition, Mr. George will be responsible for the company's marketing and IT in addition to after sales and services. The graduate engineer in automotive engineering has many years of expertise at management level in international business development and will primarily drive the continuous development and optimization of processes within the company at Clean Logistics. Tom George's most recent position included Director Global Business Development Commercial Vehicles at IAV GmbH, where he drove forward the global development of the commercial vehicle business.
Florian Brandau will assume the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), also as of January 1, 2022, and in this position will be responsible for the research and (further) development of Clean Logistics' products. As a graduate electrical engineer with a comprehensive understanding of innovation and the international commercial vehicle market, he complements the management board with in-depth expertise in his field. Florian Brandau has many years of experience in leading positions, including in project development. Mr. Brandau was most recently Director Commercial Vehicle E-Mobility at IAV GmbH.
With the appointment of the Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) as of January 15, 2022, Dr. Jörn Seebode completes the management level of Clean Logistics and, in addition to the business development strategy, also manages the human resources area as well as strategic purchasing. As an expert of the commercial vehicle market and its future technologies, the mechanical engineer knows about the high demands of the industry on (human) resources. By filling this position with Dr. Jörn Seebode, Clean Logistics is sending out a signal of the importance of this area. Like Tom George and Florian Brandau, Dr. Seebode comes to Clean Logistics from IAV GmbH. He held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Vehicles there and was responsible for global sales and business development for all commercial vehicle customers.
