Who wants to grow needs space

And we are working on this in concrete terms: the purchase of a plot of land in the direct vicinity of our production facility in Winsen has given us the opportunity to build a new production hall with a total of almost 200 workplaces and a new office building with around 90 workplaces. In the future, trucks and buses will be converted here at 50 production workstations. The buildings are being designed together with architects, interior designers and energy consultants. This means that the new Clean Logistics area is not only up to date in terms of energy, but also offers all colleagues the greatest possible comfort at the workplace. Modern, open office spaces with a co-working space atmosphere for creative collaboration alternate with rooms that are quieter and more focused. The complex is also equipped with a photovoltaic system on the roof in keeping with the circular economy. The 1.5 megawatt hours of power ensure that our own electrolyzer can be operated. This produces green hydrogen for the company's own hydrogen filling station, which can refuel the converted trucks. We use the resulting waste heat to heat the production hall and office areas. This is supported by an energetic heating system that uses geothermal energy to provide the remaining heating required.
